Quick answers

Who is Noa Base for?

Three groups: clients and families receiving home care, the caregivers and support workers delivering it, and the agency staff coordinating both. Each one signs in to a different workspace built for what they actually do.

What happens after I create an account?

You confirm your email address, sign in, and complete onboarding. Your account stays in an onboarding state until the details and documents you submit have been reviewed, so nothing is scheduled against an incomplete profile.

Do caregivers need a separate app?

No. The same site works on a phone browser. Caregivers see their next shift, request open shifts, and clock in and out from the shift itself.

How do worked hours turn into pay?

Clock-in and clock-out times attach to the shift. Once those hours are reviewed and approved, the same approved numbers feed the payroll run and the client invoice, rather than being re-entered somewhere else.

Does it calculate payroll taxes?

Yes. Each Ontario pay run works out CPP and CPP2, EI, and federal and provincial income tax from the employee's TD1 claim amounts, along with the employer portions, and produces the pay stub from those figures. HST on billing and the period totals for payroll and source-deduction remittances are calculated the same way. It does not file on your behalf — it gives you the numbers to file with.

Can my agency run Noa Base today?

Not yet. The platform currently runs a single agency's operations and there is no self-service onboarding for other agencies. The waitlist is how we decide what to build first and who gets early access.

Who can see my information?

Access follows your role, and those boundaries are enforced by the database rather than the interface. Details on collection, use, and retention are in the Privacy Policy linked in the footer.
